I slept in quite a bit this morning, but not as much as I thought I did, since I didn’t realize we’d crossed over another timezone because of daylight savings. Cody, Dad, Isaac and I had tickets to a Spring training game between the Chicago Cubs and the Oakland A’s and we headed out right after lunch. We arrived just on time, as usual and found our seats in time to see the Cubs get the first two home runs of the game. They were also the only two home runs

until about the fifth inning when the Cubs got another run. The A’s were stuck with zero until the bottom of the ninth when they tied the Cubs three to three, which was probably the most exciting part of the whole game. Unfortunately, because it’s training, there’s no overtime, so we will never know who would have won. When we got back to the house, the others were at the park, and when they returned, Casey and Mum were pretty upset that the boys had made themselves some chocolate martinis but none for them. We all snacked on some nachos before dinner. After we ate, I showed our friends some pictures from our trip to give them an idea of what we’d been doing. Peace out m8s.
