We’re driving up to Memphis today, the home of Elvis Presley. The drive wasn’t as long as the one to Birmingham and was pretty uneventful. I did work and other exciting things on the way there. We drove through Mississippi and we stopped at a visitor’s centre in the State so we could get a picture with the

State sign. It was a really neat visitor’s centre filled with antique furniture and Elvis memorabilia. The campground we stayed at was across the street from Graceland, so, while not being very nice, it had a pretty awesome location. It was also right near the Heartbreak Hotel, which we checked out after dinner. It was full of Elvis stuff and the decor was mostly crushed velvet in bold colours so it was pretty cool indeed. After the hotel, we watched an episode of SNL from the 2010 season before bed. Peace out m8s.
