Well, we said goodbye to North Carolina today as we entered it’s twin, the Good State of the South. The drive wasn’t very long, so we didn’t get the earliest start but we got there in time for lunch. Our campsite is right on the ocean, literally, like 10 steps from the beach, and the campground is a community in and of itself. There’s a small grocery store, a laundromat and a fast food place a few hundred meters away, all run by the campground. There’s over 3000 sites. After we set up, lazed around and I did homework, Isaac and Dad headed off to the indoor pool while I took a shower. Now, Mum said that the campsite showers were really nice, and they are, they’re very nice. However, the faucets are crap. They’re like a combination between a massage setting and a mist setting because it comes out hard but disperses so fast it loses all it’s heat. The streams also sting because they’re so narrow. I had the quickest shower I possibly could and vowed to never again use them. For dinner, we had some leftover chile Mum had frozen and then the boys and I watched Star Wars : Episode VIII, The Return Of The Jedi. The edited one has a lot more stuff than the original, I must say. Peace out m8s.
