Happy Llama, Sad Llama

I seem to be running out of things to open with. Anywho, we decided to brave the outernet today, so after we ate breakfast, we headed off to a petting zoo. When we got there, all us children headed straight for the walk-in area in which they had goats and a pig. Now, the pig and I were buds but he did try to bite me a couple of times and one of the goats acted a bit like a dog and was extremely fluffy so we hung out

until another goat head butted her out of the way. ’Twas rather rude. After that, I went my own way for a while and walked over to the llamas and the alpacas to say hi. There also turned out to be another pig pen along my path and the pigs were much less bitey. I don’t think the llamas and the alpacas liked me either because every time I went near the llama pen, the biggest one started chewing at me threateningly so I didn’t go too close so as not to be spit on and the alpacas turned their backs once they realized I didn’t have any food. Then I walked over to the aviary with

Dad and we also saw a really pig potbelly pig eating an entire pumpkin. I sat down for a while while the other kids finished up at the park and then we went home for lunch. The little ones had a quiet time for a few hours and then we set out again, this time for the beach. It was fun, if a little bit cold and we left when the sun started to go down. After dinner Dad started a campfire while I did the dishes and we all had a s’more. I had mine with a Reese’s cup on it instead of just plain chocolate and I’m really very disappointed I didn’t think of that before. There was also a golf cart Christmas parade for our entertainment while we ate and the kids got marshmallow all over themselves. The plan was to head over to the beach lights but when we got there it turned out that the entry was lined up 15 blocks. That was the end of that plan tonight. By the time we got back home it was getting late so we all started heading off to bed. Peace out m8s.
