Train Tracks In The Fog

Today started out just as eventfully as yesterday, except I did school work for longer and it was not nearly as nice outside. At around 2:00pm, Dad made me come outside with the others and play a game of two on two basketball which I really didn’t want to play. I’m not exactly what you would call a huge basketball fan. Anyway, I was on Mum’s team and Isaac was on Dad’s.

Needless to say, we kicked the boys’ butts. After that, we decided to drive over to a little wooded park, called The Grove, to walk around. It was quite pretty, if still wet, and there was nobody else there. While Isaac smashed stuff with tree branches and Dad was on the phone, Mum and I walked over to the nearby train tracks to get some pictures because train tracks are cool especially when flanked by pretty coloured trees and fog. It was my turn to make dinner that night, probably the first time I’ve had to in like two months. I made black bean pasta salad with coconut curry sauce with Mum’s help and I only dropped one thing on the floor! A new record! Bow down before me! After everybody enjoyed my delicious feast, it was chillaxing time. Peace out m8s.
