Sauble Beach With A Side Of Storm

Happy Anniversary to my dearest mother and father. 17 years wow, impressive. We went to Sauble Beach today. Dad was disappointed because we didn’t get out until 10:30am and there was rain in the forcast, but the day actually turned out to be pretty good. As it turned out, approximately three or four little sections of the beach were dog friendly, so that solved the problem of Kizmet, as we’d brought her with us. We only figured that out after we were rather rudely told to get off the Native American site, so there was that. We got three hours at the beach in the end before the storm really started to blow in. It was actually quite pretty, over the lake. It wasn’t all that late in the day, so we decided to drive down to Wiarton, just to check it out. We tried to stop at a Timmy’s on the way there but, unfortunately, it was the busiest Timmy’s in the entire county, so that didn’t work out. Then we had some incredible timing with gas station pulling into and there was an incident where a particularly loud burst of thunder went off just as Mum opened her mouth to talk to Dad and ended up yelling at him because the noise scared her. Scared the dog as well. It was a pretty funny. Dad had originally planned to drive around a bit more, but the rain was coming down hard, so we stopped at a grocery store and headed back to the trailer for a night of sitting around. Peace out m8s.

Just by the way, in case you haven’t noticed I have been making my entries shorter and more to the point without as much detail, so if you like more detail tell meh.
