Our one and only day in the lovely town of Green Bay. On the way to town, we tried to stop at a state park for a walk, but it turned out to be like a Heritage Park, more about the buildings and the history and not about the outdoors. Plus we couldn’t bring the dog in and the entry fee was almost 30.00$ per person. We headed into the city right after that, and stopped at Lambeau Field, home of the Packers, because it looked like there was an event going on. As it turned out, there was the annual shareholders meeting happening, so we told the

usher we were from out of town and he gave us a couple of tickets so we could go in and have a look around. It was extremely green on the inside, because of all the Packers t-shirts people were sporting. I have never been inside a football stadium before, so it was nice to see was one looks like. We didn’t stay very long, bought some popcorn, before we headed back out where Isaac and I took over with Kizmet and Mum got a chance to go inside. The parents came back outside with some buffalo chicken Pac and Cheese, mac and cheese with

buffalo chicken, bleu cheese and something else that I can’t remember. It was actually pretty good. We drove further downtown and stopped beside a brewery where we ate lunch, because dogs were aloud on the patio. I wasn’t very hungry, so I order an appetizer which ended up being massive anyways. Oops. It was good though. We then wandered around for a little while and Mum and I split off from the boys and the dog so we could check around in the shops. There ended up being some really cute bohemian style clothes, but all of them were really expensive. We walked back to the car and headed out the way we came in, past our campsite, and out into Door County. When we stopped at a visitor’s centre, we found

out that there was a road leading in an oval all around the peninsula, kind of like the road around the caldera in Yellowstone, that was 45 miles long with a ferry leading to Washington Island on the very end. We decided to follow that road, skipping the island, for as far as we could go until it got late. All the towns we drove through and stopped in were very quaint, with big houses along the shoreline. Alas the time came when we reached the town of Fish Creek Park. Just as we were planning to turn around, we passed a drive-in theatre. Well, Isaac and Dad got very excited about that indeed and once we’d eaten in the next town over, we turned around and came right back to Skyway Drive-In, showing Minions and Jurassic World. Both the movies were pretty good, but I personally preferred the latter because it has Chris Pratt. Minions was cute, but it was a lot of Minion to handle at one point, and Jurassic World was very similar to the original Jurassic Park, with certain changes and better graphics. By the time we got out, it was after midnight and we had an hour long drive ahead of us and an early start the next morning. Peace out m8s.
